This pic was released today, of Jamie Foxx in some pretty good make up. This is obviosley based off the Ultimate version of Electro. Did you people really think he would be wearing a green and yellow spandex costume? That would be ridiculos in a world where teens wear red and blue SPANDEX costumes, swinging around on webs, and fighting off giant Lizad people, who threatning to turn everyone else in to lizard people.
